We develop and build aggregates and special aggregates from "A to Z". Whether standard products or specially adapted to the requirements of the customers and their planning framework conditions, we support the unit from consulting and technically and economically optimal dimensioning for conveying capacity and pressure through engineering with planning, drawing, specifications, assembly and final assembly to trial run, commissioning and instruction on site. Our team of experts manufactures all aggregates, including special connection blocks, in the entire spectrum from 0.55 kW connected load up to large aggregates with a nominal tank capacity of 1000 litres.

Fully redundant design for the mobile sector
In the mobile sector, we design special blocks for diesel-driven large pumps with over 500 litres delivery volume per minute in black-and-white and proportional technology. If 24-hour operation is also one of the application parameters, the special units can be manufactured in a fully redundant design, enabling oil filters to be changed or pumps serviced during operation without cost-intensive interruptions to production.

Applications all over the world
A fully redundant design was also the highest criterion for the company's allmineral major project. For the worldwide recognized specialist for the processing of mineral raw materials we developed and manufactured nine large aggregates with 2 x 22 kW connected load each for the alljig® setting machines as well as all associated special connection blocks of the machines in close coordination with the customer. In addition to the product-specific details of the alljig® setting machines, the design also had to take into account the operating conditions on site: A 24-hour operation in South Africa's largest iron ore mine at an altitude of 1200 metres above sea level with a temperature development of up to 44 ° Celsius has a corresponding influence on the operational performance and cooling of the entire aggregate. allmineral supplied a total of 24 alljig® setting machines to the world's fifth largest iron ore producer, Kumba Resources in South Africa. This is a result of the worldwide growth in the industry, which is partly due to the "Sishen Expansion Project" (SEP) to expand the South African iron ore industry in response to the steadily increasing global demand for raw materials.
This is why further large-scale plants for all minerals were successfully planned and commissioned in Australia and India in 2011, and further projects for setting machines and fluidized bed sorters are currently underway all over the world.
